As Field Representative, you will be the face of the business in Lagos; building merchant relationships, bringing new businesses onto the platform, and creating the social media content that drives users to our deals. Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Visit and sign up local businesses across Lagos as merchant partners
- Collect merchant information, deal details, and photographs for the platform
- Support newly onboarded merchants in setting up and going live with their first offer
- Create engaging content for the business on our social media channels to promote live merchant deals
- Photograph and film merchant locations, products, and offers for use across social platforms
- Track basic engagement metrics and submit a short weekly performance report
- Assist with documentation, correspondence, and any operational admin as required
Requirements:
- Recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field
- Based in Lagos with strong familiarity with Lekki, VI, Ikeja, and the wider Lagos business landscape
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable walking into a business and holding a professional conversation
- Naturally active on social media
- Strong written and spoken English
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule with minimal supervision
- Smartphone with a good camera (Android or iPhone)
- Proficient in or willing to quickly learn Canva for content creation
