Project Overview
Fieldwork Africa Research Ltd is recruiting field recruiters for an NDPA Outreach & Webinar Appointment-Setting Project. The assignment involves physical visits to organizations to create awareness about the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and to secure webinar attendance from qualified decision-makers.
Contract Type & Duration
This is a one-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
Payment & Incentives
Total payment is approximately ₦75,000, payable at the end of the project, subject to meeting performance and quality standards. Exceptional performance may lead to contract extension or future engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical visits to assigned organizations.
- Introduce NDPA awareness in a professional, education-first manner.
- Collect and submit all required verification details.
- Book qualified contacts for NDPA webinars.
- Make follow-up calls to ensure webinar attendance.
Verification Requirements
- Geo-tagged photo of the location visited.
- Full name and job title of contact person.
- Direct phone number or official email address.
- Organization name and physical address.
Missing any of the above will result in no payment for that visit.
Performance Monitoring
Performance will be reviewed within the first week. Consistently low performance may lead to termination of the contract.
Reporting
Recruiters must submit weekly reports covering:
- Number of verified visits
- Webinar bookings
- Actual webinar attendance
- Incentives earned
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Smartphone with a camera and internet access
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations
Code of Conduct
Recruiters must wear the provided branded materials, be polite and truthful, and strictly follow all scripts and SOPs provided during training.
