Role Summary

We are hiring a Field Marketing Specialist to support on-ground user acquisition, onboarding, and conversion across Lagos.

This is a field-based, performance-driven role focused on generating qualified leads, supporting app onboarding, driving verification, and converting prospects into paying users for CareNestPro’s care services and training programs.

The role is ideal for someone confident, persuasive, target-driven, and comfortable engaging people face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

• Identify and engage high-intent prospects across hospitals, clinics, residential estates, corporate organizations, and community networks
• Generate qualified leads for CareNestPro care services and Academy training programs

User Onboarding & Education

• Clearly communicate CareNestPro’s value proposition around trust, safety, training, and verification
• Support prospects through app registration, onboarding, and next-step guidance

Conversion & Revenue Activation

• Drive completed onboarding and verification for relevant users
• Support conversion of care service inquiries into paid requests
• Support conversion of Academy prospects into paid enrollments

Field Execution

• Carry out structured field acquisition activities across assigned locations
• Represent CareNestPro professionally during outreach and activation visits

Reporting & Tracking

• Log all leads and activities in the CRM or approved reporting channel
• Track daily/weekly activity and conversion performance
• Submit weekly performance updates

Performance Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

• Number of qualified leads generated
• Lead-to-onboarding conversion rate
• Number of verified users
• Number of paid care requests
• Academy enrollments generated
• Quality and consistency of field reporting

Compensation

• Base Salary: ₦70,000/month
• Performance-based incentives tied to onboarding completion, verification, paid care requests, and Academy enrollments
• High performers will have the opportunity to earn significantly above base through incentives

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and persuade prospects in face-to-face settings
• Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with field movement across Lagos
• Prior experience in sales, field marketing, community activation, or customer acquisition is an advantage
• Ability to use basic digital tools for reporting and follow-up
