Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients through field marketing activities
- Promote the firm’s HR and recruitment services to businesses
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with potential clients
- Follow up on prospects and convert leads into paying clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business owners
- Conduct market surveys and gather competitor insights
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
- Submit daily and weekly reports on field activities and client engagements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field marketing, direct sales, business development, or customer acquisition
- Minimum of an OND in any discipline
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Good knowledge of Lagos Island, Ikeja, or Yaba, and surrounding business environments
- Must reside within or close to the preferred work location
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 + 10% Commission
