Field Marketer
Job summary
This is a field-based role. The Field Marketer will be responsible for promoting brand awareness and building strong relationships with business owners.

Responsibilities:
- Engaging business owners
- Activating subscriptions
- Onboarding new users
- Providing basic support
- Gathering market intelligence to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Strong Interpersonal and persuasive Skills.
- Basic understanding of business operations (sales, inventory, and finance).
- Field sales or customer acquisition experience (especially in SaaS, fintech, or POS solutions) is an advantage.
- Proficiency with smartphones, web apps, or basic CRM usage.
- Minimum of OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (BSc. is preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Should have a working laptop with at least Windows 10 Operating system
Performance Metrics:
- Number of new subscriptions activated per month.
- Retention and reactivation rate of onboarded customers.
- Customer satisfaction and engagement feedback.
- Brand visibility and outreach reports per assigned region.
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 (25%), Commission and Incentive (75%)
