Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Install, test, and maintain fiber optic cables and networks within the region, ensuring optimal coverage and performance.
- Perform splicing, termination, and troubleshooting of fiber systems.
- Respond promptly to service calls and resolve connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with the sales and CSS team to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
- Perform regular maintenance checks and upgrades to minimize downtime and ensure service reliability.
- Implement system upgrades and expansions as needed, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and technical standards.
- Strong technical knowledge of optical line terminals (OLT) and fiber optics tools
- Expectation: Dedicated technician with strong technical expertise to ensure reliable connectivity
