Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of assigned staff.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, and overall discipline.
- Assign duties and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to improve performance.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are strictly followed.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the work environment.
- Monitor staff productivity and prepare performance reports for management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
- Train and onboard new employees on company procedures and expectations.
- Coordinate shift schedules, leave requests, and duty rosters.
- Ensure proper use and accountability of company equipment and resources.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational materials where applicable.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required.
- Maintain effective communication between management and staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
- Foster teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment.
- Assist management in achieving departmental goals and operational targets.
- Perform any other supervisory duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in leadership or management are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory, team lead, or management role.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, real estate, manufacturing, or a similar industry is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of workplace operations and staff management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours when required
