The role of the Restaurant Supervisor includes, but is not limited to, managing operational efficiency, controlling costs, and driving overall guest satisfaction and profitability in the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
Food & Beverage Supervision:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth /
- Optimize operational efficiency to maximize profitability.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Analyze sales performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost-effective operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in F&B setting and administration
- Previous experience in hotels or upscale restaurants is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Solid knowledge of food costing, inventory control, and budgeting.
- Certification in Food Safety is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration: NGN 250,000.oo
Expected Resumption Date: 1st July 2026.
