- Performs routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems
- Inspects facilities and equipment to identify issues and ensure proper functioning
- Responds promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations
- Installs, tests, and calibrates new equipment or systems as needed
- Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections

Requirements:
- Ability to inspect facilities and equipment to identify issues, ensure proper functioning, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strong ability to respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations, while effectively coordinating with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed.
- Demonstrated experience in performing routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related equipment.
- A good communication skills
