Facility Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Officer to oversee the maintenance, functionality, and proper condition of all company facilities, equipment, and operational systems. The candidate will work closely with technicians and service providers to ensure all equipment, utilities, and facility structures are functioning efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of all company facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate technicians and vendors for repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure all electronics, air conditioners, kitchen equipment, tools, and wellness/stretch machines are functioning properly at all times.
- Schedule and monitor regular maintenance for all operational equipment and facility systems.
- Supervise plumbing, lighting, electrical, and structural maintenance works.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify faults, damages, or maintenance needs.
- Ensure quick resolution of facility-related issues to avoid operational disruptions.
- Monitor generators, power systems, water supply, and other utility operations.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and service activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
- Report major faults, repair needs, or replacement recommendations to management.
- Carry out any other facility or maintenance-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
