Job descriptions & requirements

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Facility Manager in managing office facilities and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment, utilities, and security systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and procurement of facility-related items.
  • Conduct routine inspections and report hazards or maintenance needs.
  • Support implementation of facility policies and HSE procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and facility activities.


Requirements:

  • 2 year sof experience
  • Degree in a related field
HSE certified
