Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Run the day-to-day facility operations across the office/building
- Handling the maintenance scheduling, vendor coordination, basic safety checks, and rapid issue resolution.
- Create a simple preventive-maintenance plan and maintain logs (repairs, generators, water systems, cleaning, security, etc.).
- Generally keeping the facility stable, clean, and operational with minimal downtime.
Requirements:
- BSc./ HND in a relevant field is required.
- Experience of a minimum of 5 years in the same position is required.
