Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Inspect all residences, grounds, pool and plant areas daily.
- Supervise handymen, gardeners, cleaners and the housekeeper; manage attendance, shift schedules and relief cover.
- Log, assign and close all requests in the MaintainX helpdesk with photo evidence.
- Run the planned maintenance calendar, and direct and check specialist contractors.
- Prepare the monthly client report and attend review meetings.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience
- Team leadership and supervision
- Facility or estate management
