Job Summary

To plan, coordinate, and manage all activities relating to the creation and maintenance of a conducive physical environment for Diage Hills Estate.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the maintenance of the physical environment of Daige Hills and that the estate meets set standards, and is used for the purpose for which it was built/designed.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and periodic audits of Daige Hills Estate facilities, and document them appropriately.
  • Supervise and verify the completion of maintenance activities within the estate, and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs.
  • Proactively engage with residents to identify their facilities' issues/requirements, and ensure resolutions within the agreed turnaround time.
  • Coordinate the activities of all estate workers such as security personnel, cleaners, etc, ensuring required optimal productivity and professionalism.
  • Provide monthly reports to Daige Hills Estate Steering Committee and Handyman Daige Operations Manager.
  • Manage resources such as common area utilities and vendors with the responsibility of optimizing their use and ensuring cost-effectiveness for residents.
  • Ensure prompt maintenance of both M&E and non-M&E equipment for the general use of the estate.
  • Perform quality control inspections to ensure adherence to the estate facilities' specifications and standards.
  • Act as a liaison to public utility, environmental, and energy agencies.
  • Establish, maintain and update vendor databases for all residents’ services.
  • Prepare and manage the budget.


Requirements:

  • At least B.Sc. in Estate Management, Social Sciences, Engineering, or other related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in facilities-related management.
  • Experience in general estate/office administration.
  • Professional qualification or certification in a related discipline will be an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000
