Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor facility performance to identify areas for adjustments, repairs, and improvements.
- Oversee and manage the inventory of electrical, plumbing, and all technical issues in facilities.
- Ensure timely response and follow-up on all maintenance-related issues.Â
- Supervise teams of staff including janitors, maintenance, and security
- Ensure basic facilities such as water, lighting, and heating are well maintained.
- Oversee installations and refurbishments in facilities.
- Review utility usage and consumption and strive to minimize costs.
- Control activities such as space allocation, waste disposal, facility security, etc.
- Advise management on strategic business measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facilities
- Deal with emergencies in a prompt and professional mannerÂ
- Perform management tasks that promote a clean and safe working environment for residents.
- Maintain communication and relationships with contractors, clients, and prospects.
- Maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of BSc degree in any discipline
- 2 years of working experience
