Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Ikeja. The Facilities Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the hospital's infrastructure, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, managing budgets and vendor relationships, scheduling and coordinating repair and maintenance work, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing safety and sustainability protocols.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of facility management principles, maintenance operations, and infrastructure management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and budgeting
• Ability to work within compliance frameworks and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Team leadership and personnel management skills
• Proficiency in using facility management software and other relevant tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in healthcare facilities is a significant advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
