Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest billing, payments, and receipts for all Food & Beverage transactions.
- Accurately record sales, cash, and POS activities in line with hotel accounting standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve billing inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with restaurant and bar teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Reconcile cash drawers and prepare daily financial reports.
- Uphold the hotel’s values of honesty, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
- Support other departments when required with flexibility and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent (additional training in accounting or hospitality is a plus).
- 2+ years’ experience as a cashier in a hotel or reputable restaurant.
- Proficient in POS systems and basic accounting tools.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Integrity, composure, and a professional demeanor under pressure.
