HealingLabs Behavioral Services is expanding, and we're looking for experienced sales professionals to partner with us in driving the growth of our flagship Stress Reset Programme.

Compensation

• 50% commission on every successful sale for the first three (3) months.

About the Stress Reset Programme

The Stress Reset Programme is a structured coaching and performance optimization programme that helps ambitious professionals prevent burnout, regain mental clarity, improve productivity, build sustainable energy, and perform at their highest level without sacrificing their health or personal lives.

Our target audience includes professionals in technology, banking, finance, consulting, insurance, and other demanding industries.

Your Primary Responsibility

• Reaching out to prospective clients through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and other appropriate channels.
• Starting meaningful conversations with professionals who fit our target audience.
• Building relationships and identifying potential clients.
• Booking qualified prospects for strategy calls where necessary.
• Following up consistently until prospects make a buying decision.
• Maintaining accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activities.
• Meeting agreed weekly lead generation and sales targets.
  

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has proven experience in B2B or high-ticket sales.
• Is confident initiating conversations with senior professionals and decision-makers.
• Is highly disciplined, proactive, and results-driven.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Has excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Is excited about helping professionals improve their wellbeing and performance.
