Job summary
We are looking to hire a candidate for this position. The ideal candidate oversees business operations and business development; they schedule events, manage marketing strategy and promotions, understand the business, and ensure that all departments are meeting their set goals at each of their stations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, control, train, and monitor designated Direct Sales Executives (DSEs) and their sales output.
- Motivate and persuade team members to deliver their best for the company’s growth.
- Ensure monthly sales targets set by the organization are achieved.
- Conduct training for Direct Sales Executives.
- Represent the company at state functions, events, PR activities, media outlets, award nights, government invitations, and Q&A sessions where Enbridge PR Services is invited.
- Disseminate clients’ verdicts to clients, whether successful or otherwise.
- File and manage clients’ documents while ensuring all documents meet organizational standards.
- Return incomplete documents to clients or direct the specified DSEs to follow up with clients for submission of complete documents to the appropriate emails or designated persons.
- Attend promptly to clients’ immediate needs, regardless of whether the clients fall under your assigned blocks, to prevent company losses.
- Escalate issues, uncertainties, or conflicts to the next superior person in the block or to management when necessary.
- Maintain professionalism and avoid taking over another marketer’s block clients to prevent conflicts among staff.
- Contribute toward the company’s overall goal of increasing profitability.

- Proven ability to lead and manage Direct Sales Executives effectively.
- Strong sales management and team supervision skills.
- Ability to train, monitor, and improve team performance.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to represent the company professionally at public functions, events, and official engagements.
- Good organizational and document management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive client matters with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and escalation management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and blocks.
- Commitment to achieving organizational sales targets and profitability goals.
