Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests courteously and professionally.
- Present menus and provide information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns professionally.
- Prepare and arrange dining tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
- Process bills and handle payments when required.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waitress, server, or in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
