Experienced Cook

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with our recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Manage food inventory and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute daily specials and menu items.
• Monitor and manage cooking times to ensure all dishes are served at the optimal temperature.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Adapt to changing menu items and special requests from guests.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cook or chef in a busy restaurant or culinary environment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions with precision.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Food Handler’s Certification or equivalent preferred.
• The candidate must pass a background check 
• Must participate and pass through training on good work ethics, good customer service, and communication skills. Training is 4-6 Weeks (coursework and internship).
