Job summary
We are hiring an experienced Chef to oversee food preparation and kitchen operations in our cake and catering business. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality products while maintaining excellent hygiene and presentation standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare food items in line with company standards.
- Develop and innovate menus that align with client preferences and industry trends.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Collaborate with management to improve menu offerings and service quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a chef, preferably in catering or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of grilled food preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for food.
- Good leadership and teamwork skills.
- Proximity is a must – candidates living near Berger, Ogba, Akute, Omole Phase 2, Ketu, OPIC, Wawa, Ajuwon, Olowoira, Magodo, Isheri, and surrounding areas will be prioritized.
