We are seeking an Experienced Chef to lead kitchen operations at our resort in Alakahia, Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate will oversee menu planning, food preparation, and quality control while maintaining strict hygiene and cost standards to deliver consistently excellent meals.

Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and oversee food preparation and plating
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and hygiene standards
- Manage kitchen stock, inventory, and cost control
- Ensure the kitchen runs efficiently and meets time schedules
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or resort
- Culinary certification is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work under pressure and lead kitchen staff
