- Menu Planning & Recipe Development: Develop and update menus, introduce new dishes, and optimise recipes for quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stock levels, minimise wastage, manage food costs, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and safe food handling practices.

Requirements:
- A minimum of an SSCE.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience.
