Responsibilities;
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Follow recipes and quality standards consistently
- Ensure the freshness, presentation, and taste of all baked items
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Monitor inventory and baking supplies
- Work closely with the kitchen team to meet daily production needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker or Pastry Baker
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to work early shifts and in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and time-management skills
- Must Reside in Abuja.
