Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial and management reports.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
- Maintain proper accounting records and financial documentation.
- Conduct inventory reviews and cost control analysis to minimize losses and wastage.
- Reconcile bank statements, sales records, and financial transactions.
- Support payroll processing and expense management activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and accounting standards.
- Identify financial risks and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Requirements:
- A minimum of BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' accounting experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
