Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Scheduling Management: Prioritise, schedule, and optimise the founder’s calendar; resolve conflicts and ensure time is allocated to strategic priorities.
- Communication Management: Filter, respond to, and escalate communications with internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners; act as a professional gatekeeper.
- Preparation & Briefing: Prepare detailed briefing notes, reports, presentations, and summaries for decision-making meetings.
- Problem-Solving & Anticipation: Identify potential issues or bottlenecks in operations, client relations, or partnerships and resolve them proactively.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Represent the founder professionally with high-profile clients, partners, and internal teams; ensure clear communication and brand alignment.
- Project Coordination: Monitor action items, ensure follow-ups, and coordinate across cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
- Travel & Event Management: Organise travel, logistics, VIP events, and meetings with precision and discretion.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Operational Oversight Support: Support the founder in monitoring business operations, ensuring execution aligns with strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of EA experience supporting senior executives or founders, preferably in premium, high-profile, or luxury environments.
- Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong judgment, decision-making ability, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- High emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity/CRM tools.
- Experience managing complex calendars, stakeholder communications, and confidential projects.
- Highly proactive, anticipatory, and solution-oriented.
- Exceptional discretion and trustworthiness; handles sensitive information without supervision.
- Calm under pressure and able to maintain composure in high-stakes situations.
- Strong backbone to prioritise and set boundaries on behalf of the founder.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to operational excellence.
- Polished, professional, and able to represent a premium brand consistently.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Founder Time Protection: ≥ 95% of founder time reserved for strategic priorities; zero missed or mismanaged critical meetings.
- Proactive Risk & Issue Management: ≥ 85% of issues anticipated and resolved before escalation; no repeat preventable problems.
- Accuracy of Communication & Briefings: ≥ 98% accuracy across all reports, briefs, and correspondence; minimal revisions required.
- Stakeholder Management & Trust: Stakeholder satisfaction score ≥ 4.5/5; no complaints regarding tone, responsiveness, or professionalism.
- Confidentiality, Judgment & Discretion: 100% compliance with confidentiality standards; zero breaches.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 Monthly Gross
