Role Description

This is a Contract, Hybrid role based in lagos for an Executive Protection Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for providing close personal protection to clients and ensuring their safety at all times. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, identifying potential threats, creating security plans, monitoring client surroundings, and coordinating logistics to ensure a secure environment. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and situational awareness.

• Strong analytical and research skills to assess potential security risks and develop effective protection strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, team members, and external stakeholders effectively.
• Customer service and client management experience for maintaining high levels of client trust and satisfaction.
• Sales skills for promoting additional security services, if applicable, and understanding client-specific needs.
• Ability to thrive under high-pressure situations, with a focus on attention to detail and quick decision-making.
• Previous experience in executive protection, law enforcement, military, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in security protocols and tactics, and familiarity with local regulations in the operating area.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed, both locally and internationally, are required.
