Executive Coach

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Lagos for an Executive Coach at NACOS National. The Executive Coach will provide personalized coaching support to leaders and emerging talent, helping them achieve professional growth and navigate organizational challenges. Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one coaching, designing and conducting training sessions, offering strategic business advice, and supporting leadership development. The role will also involve creating and facilitating workshops to enhance leadership, coaching, and management capabilities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Executive Coaching and Business Coaching, with the ability to guide and support professional growth.
• Skills in Executive Management and Coaching for organizational success and team development.
• Experience in Training and workshop facilitation, with knowledge of curriculum design and delivery.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership talents to mentor effectively and inspire others.
• Ability to work on-site in Lagos and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic programs aimed at skills development and leadership cultivation.
• Relevant certifications in coaching or leadership development are a plus.
