Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage the CEO and COO's calendars, appointments, meetings, and priorities.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure executives are adequately prepared.
  • Attend key meetings, take clear notes, track action items, and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage correspondence, briefing notes, presentations, and other executive documents.
  • Coordinate board meetings, partner engagements, speaking opportunities, and other executive activities.
  • Plan and manage local and international travel, accommodation, logistics, and itineraries.
  • Manage sensitive information and executive communications with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.


Investor & Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for investors, founders, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Respond to stakeholder enquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for investors.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, founder presentations, and follow-up communications.
  • Track investor commitments, participation, and deal-related activities.
  • Prepare and share relevant documents and information with stakeholders after meetings.
  • Maintain strong and professional relationships with key stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Office.


Deal & Project Coordination:

  • Support the CEO and COO with investment and deal execution activities.
  • Track the progress of deals and ensure relevant teams complete assigned actions.
  • Coordinate investment documentation and syndicate agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of deals, investor participation, and documentation.
  • Monitor important deadlines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities.


Product & Engineering Liaison:

  • Act as a communication link between investors/users and the engineering team.
  • Support product testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Gather and document user feedback, issues, and feature requests.
  • Translate non-technical stakeholder feedback into clear and actionable information for the engineering team.
  • Follow up on reported issues and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Help ensure the investment platform provides a smooth and effective user experience.


Reporting & Information Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across CRM, deal-tracking, and productivity systems.
  • Monitor outstanding actions and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Prepare updates and reports for the CEO and COO when required.
  • Organise information and ensure executives have the right data and updates to make informed decisions.


Executive Calendar and Schedule Management:

  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule with a high level of accuracy and organisation.
  • Proactively remind the executive of upcoming meetings, appointments, deadlines, and other important commitments.
  • Ensure the executive is adequately prepared for meetings by providing relevant documents, briefing materials, and reminders ahead of time.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them where possible.
  • Prioritise and organise meetings based on urgency and business priorities.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, confirmations, venue arrangements, and follow-up actions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in  L or any relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a technology, investment, consulting, startup, or other fast-paced organisation.
  • Proven experience managing executive calendars, meetings, correspondence, and travel.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen and professional maturity.
  • High emotional intelligence and sound judgment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Comfortable communicating with both senior business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, Slack, Zoom, or similar productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM, project management, or deal-tracking platforms.
  • Ability to understand stakeholder feedback and communicate it clearly to technical teams.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.

Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 500,000 Monthly
