Job summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO on a high-profile project. This is a fast-paced role requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring seamless executive operations.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate activities related to government recruitment projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
  • Monitor project timelines and follow up on action items to ensure successful delivery.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Screen emails, prioritize correspondence, and draft professional communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate interviews, recruitment schedules, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Organize project documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in planning executive meetings, workshops, and project reviews.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience supporting C-suite executives as an Executive Assistant.
  • Proven experience supporting complex recruitment, government, public sector, consulting, or project-based environments.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Outstanding executive support skills

Preferred Required:

  • Experience supporting public sector projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Project Management certification is an advantage.


Remuneration: NGN 350,000 – 400,000 per month
