Executive Assistant
Job summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO on a high-profile project. This is a fast-paced role requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring seamless executive operations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate activities related to government recruitment projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on action items to ensure successful delivery.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Screen emails, prioritize correspondence, and draft professional communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment schedules, and stakeholder meetings.
- Organize project documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in planning executive meetings, workshops, and project reviews.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience supporting C-suite executives as an Executive Assistant.
- Proven experience supporting complex recruitment, government, public sector, consulting, or project-based environments.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Required:

Remuneration: NGN 350,000 – 400,000 per month
