Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level executive support across all ventures.
• Manage and prioritize calendars, meetings, conferences, and travel logistics
• Anticipate needs, plan, and problem-solve independently.
• Ensure follow-through on tasks, deadlines, and key projects.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate across teams, partners, and stakeholders with professionalism.
• Uphold confidentiality and integrity at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an executive/personal assistant or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; thrives under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management tools).
• A self-starter with initiative, maturity, and the ability to “think ahead.”
• Professional, discreet, and adaptable.
• Passion for health, wellness, women’s empowerment, and social impact is a plus.
