Job summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant with strong administrative, communication, and coordination skills. Responsible for managing schedules, correspondence, meetings, social media, and operational support while ensuring professionalism, confidentiality, and timely execution of tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and executive coordination activities
- Draft official statements, letters, reports, and correspondence
- Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned
- Manage social media pages and assist with content creation
- Design simple communication materials using Canva or related tools
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, and follow-up activities
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Ensure timely execution of assignments and deadlines
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- A Master's degree is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to use Canva or other graphic design software
- Good understanding of social media management and content creation
- Strong coordination and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Smart, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be professional, trustworthy, and presentable
- Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
