Executive Assistant
Job summary
Our client who is about to kick off a hospitality venture is looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organised executive assistant to support the launch of the venture. This is a short-term, project-based opportunity ideal for a university student on holiday or a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in project coordination.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Support Sales coordination, marketing, and staff coordination
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with budget planning and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors and external stakeholders on project activities.
- Prepare meeting notes, follow up on action items, and provide regular progress updates.
- Develop presentations and, where required, present project proposals to prospective clients.
- Provide administrative and operational support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform other tasks necessary to support the successful launch of the venture.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or university student available to work over the holiday period.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-spoken, confident, and professional in appearance and conduct.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Quick learner, highly proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly PowerPoint, Excel/Sheets, and Word/Docs.

- Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems.
- Has knowledge of sales and marketing coordination
- Can manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Is confident interacting with clients and vendors.
- Is eager to learn and contribute to the successful launch of a new business venture.
