Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence across the business and other CEO commitments
- Draft, proofread, and format letters, emails, proposals, and reports
- Organize and maintain business files, contracts, and compliance documents (NAFDAC, import/export documentation, etc.)
Business Development Support
- Maintain and update the client/prospect pipeline tracker
- Support outreach to potential clients and suppliers (food, cosmetic, pharma, and household ingredient manufacturers)
- Prepare pitch decks, quotations, and follow-up communications
- Track responses and set reminders for follow-ups
Operations Coordination
- Liaise with logistics, clearing agents, and suppliers on shipment and import documentation
- Coordinate with regulatory contacts (NAFDAC and related bodies) on registration and compliance matters
- Support vendor and client onboarding processes
Research & Reporting
- Conduct market research on ingredient categories, suppliers, and industry trends
- Prepare summary briefs and reports for CEO decision-making
- Monitor industry news relevant to food-grade, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical ingredient markets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or in a business support/operations role (experience in FMCG, trading, import/export, or manufacturing sectors is a strong advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with import/export processes and regulatory documentation (NAFDAC, customs, etc.)
- Experience supporting a founder/CEO in a growing SME
- Prior exposure to B2B sales or client relationship coordination

Compensation
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 – 300,000 Monthly
