Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant based in Lagos, with the flexibility for occasional remote work. The Executive Assistant will manage administrative tasks, provide high-level executive support, prepare and handle expense reports, and ensure seamless communication on behalf of senior leadership. This role involves organizing schedules, managing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and maintaining efficiency in daily operations.


We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide full support to our leadership team. This is a full-time, hands-on role that requires someone who is always available, reliable, and ready to go above and beyond. You will be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive's calendar, schedule, and appointments
  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and pending matters with team members
  • Run errands and handle personal and professional tasks as assigned
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events and engagements
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Be available and responsive across the full working week, including when urgently needed

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
  • Flexible and adaptable, understands that executive support sometimes goes beyond regular hours
  • A problem-solver who takes initiative without always being told what to do
