Responsibilities:
Executive and Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documents.

- Screen calls, emails, and inquiries, escalating appropriately.
Coordination and Follow-Through
- Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics when required.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure action points are completed.
Documentation and Record Management
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare meeting minutes and track decisions made.
- Support documentation related to operations, HR, and compliance as required.
Operational Support
- Assist with internal coordination across departments.
- Support leadership with research, analysis, and administrative planning.
- Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
