Job summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires discretion, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Executive and Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documents.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Screen calls, emails, and inquiries, escalating appropriately.


Coordination and Follow-Through

  • Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics when required.
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure action points are completed.


Documentation and Record Management

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and track decisions made.
  • Support documentation related to operations, HR, and compliance as required.


Operational Support

  • Assist with internal coordination across departments.
  • Support leadership with research, analysis, and administrative planning.
  • Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
