Job summary
The Executive Assistant provides administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure the efficient functioning of the Chair’s office. The role requires discretion, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar, meetings, and travel.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems and track action items. Board, Donor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate Board meeting logistics and donor engagements.
- Prepare briefing notes and Board papers.
- Serve as liaison with stakeholders. Strategic & Operational Support
- Conduct research and prepare summaries.
- Support fundraising and partnerships.
- Monitor deadlines and deliverables. Technology & Efficiency
- Use MS Office, Canva, AI tools, and cloud platforms.
- Recommend workflow improvements.
Requirements:
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree; 3–5 years’ EA/PA experience; strong communication skills; proficiency in MS Office & digital tools.
- Desirable: Master’s degree; non-profit experience; Board-level support; travel readiness.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, resourceful, discreet, adaptable, and aligned with mission and values.
Work Type: Full-time
Location: Lagos, with remote flexibility and be open to travel Occasional local/international
