We are currently recruiting for a partner organization seeking an experienced and results-driven:
Events & Field Marketing Specialist (B2B Focus)
This is not a traditional “events for visibility” role.
We are looking for someone who understands how to transform physical engagement into measurable business pipeline — from conversations and activations to sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute field marketing campaigns that generate qualified B2B leads
• Coordinate industry events, ecosystem activations, and executive roundtables
• Drive targeted engagement with decision-makers across fintechs, cooperatives, platforms, employers, and related sectors
• Convert in-person interactions into structured pipeline and business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign execution and post-event conversion tracking
🔹 Requirements
• 3–5 years experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or events
• Strong understanding of lead generation and pipeline conversion
• Experience engaging business stakeholders and enterprise decision-makers
• Excellent project execution and coordination skills
• Familiarity with CRM and campaign management tools
