Responsibilities:
- Source and manage event/corporate supplies with the capacity to assess supply chain challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality control. Support event execution
- Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management, and ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize carrying costs while ensuring product availability.
- Coordinate the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery to meet operational demands and customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, evaluate vendor performance, and seek opportunities for cost reductions and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with supply chain regulations and standards and prepare reports on supply chain performance, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications, such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), are a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics roles, with a demonstrated track record of success in managing supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in procurement or event support
- Good coordination and negotiation skills
Location: Lekki
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 monthly.
