We are seeking a highly motivated, persuasive, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our TEAM. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling residential, commercial, and investment properties, generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Market and promote residential, commercial, and investment properties through both online and offline channels.
- Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital marketing, and field marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, tenants, landlords, investors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct property inspections and accompany clients on property viewings.
- Provide clients with accurate information on available properties, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate property sales and lease agreements on behalf of the company.
- Prepare property listings, marketing materials, and promotional content.
- Advertise available properties on social media, property listing platforms, and other marketing channels.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of clients, enquiries, available properties, and completed transactions.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert prospects into successful sales or rentals.
- Conduct market research to monitor property prices, demand, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports, marketing activity reports, and client feedback reports.
- Attend exhibitions, networking events, and promotional campaigns to generate new business.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales and leasing process.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation at all times.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SSCE.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
