Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Attend assigned events, exhibitions, shopping malls and promotional locations.
• Distribute flyers and engage potential customers in conversations about our services.
• Explain our services accurately and refer detailed enquiries to the appropriate team.
• Collect prospective customers’ names, phone numbers and areas of interest with their consent.
• Record and submit customer contacts promptly for follow-up.
• Create short promotional videos, photographs and posts for the company’s social media channels.
• Support the setup and running of promotional stands at events.
• Report on locations visited, flyers distributed, customer enquiries and leads generated.
• Work towards agreed activity and lead-generation targets.
• Follow venue rules and obtain approval before distributing promotional materials.

Requirements:

• Fluent spoken English and clear written communication.
• Confidence approaching and speaking with members of the public.
• A friendly, professional manner and the ability to handle rejection politely.
• Practical knowledge of social media platforms and smartphone-based content creation.
• Comfortable recording videos and appearing on camera.
• Ability to use digital forms, spreadsheets or similar tools to record customer information.
• Good organisation, timekeeping and the ability to work with limited supervision.
• Willingness to travel between promotional locations, spend extended periods standing or walking, and attend occasional evening or weekend events.
• Previous experience in promotions, sales, customer service or social media is desirable.
