We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with large enterprise customers, driving cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives across key accounts. You will work closely with solutions architects and technical teams to identify customer needs, develop account strategies, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in enterprise sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping organizations leverage cloud technology to achieve their business goals. Key job responsibilities
Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for enterprise customers, identifying growth opportunities and driving cloud adoption across multiple business units
Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by expanding existing accounts and securing new enterprise workloads
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain C-level relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on digital transformation initiatives
Solution Development: Collaborate with solutions architects and technical teams to design tailored cloud solutions that address complex business challenges
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management through CRM systems, ensuring visibility into account health and deal progression
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, partner teams, and professional services to deliver comprehensive customer experiences
Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively
Customer Advocacy: Drive customer success by ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value realization from cloud investments
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing, or Bachelor's degree
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in technology, cloud computing, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of cloud technologies, digital transformation concepts, and enterprise IT infrastructure
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local
