Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging English language lessons to students across different proficiency levels.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
- Conduct placement tests and student assessments.
- Monitor and document student progress.
- Submit lesson records and progress reports within stipulated timelines.
- Provide constructive feedback to students.
- Use digital teaching tools and online learning platforms effectively.
- Maintain Lextorah's academic and teaching standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant English teaching experience.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Experience teaching students at different proficiency levels.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to use Zoom and other digital learning tools.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Professional, reliable, and committed to student success.
- Experience with IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, CELPIP, GMAT, GRE, SAT or other English proficiency examinations will be an added advantage.
