Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day activities on construction sites and facility management projects.
- Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate contractors, technicians, and site personnel for smooth operations.
- Prepare reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults across facilities and project sites.
- Support project planning, material usage tracking, and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in facility management or construction sites.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and site supervision.
- Good understanding of HSE standards and compliance.
- Ability to manage contractors and technical teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and reporting skills.
