Job summary
The Employer Engagement & Partnerships Lead will drive employer acquisition and strategic partnerships for the iDICE BPO South-West Programme. The role is responsible for building and managing relationships with employers, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners to create sustainable employment opportunities for programme beneficiaries.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employer engagement and partnership strategy to secure employment, internship, and apprenticeship opportunities for programme beneficiaries.
- Identify, engage, and build long-term partnerships with employers, industry associations, government agencies, and other strategic stakeholders across the BPO ecosystem and related sectors.
- Conduct market research and labour market analysis to identify employer needs, workforce trends, and emerging employment opportunities.
- Negotiate, execute, and manage Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), partnership agreements, and other collaboration frameworks that support programme objectives.
- Develop and maintain a robust employer pipeline by actively sourcing new employer partners and nurturing existing relationships.
- Manage the employer Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate tracking of employer engagement activities, hiring commitments, placements, and partnership performance.
- Coordinate employer engagement initiatives, including job fairs, recruitment drives, employer networking events, career expos, and information sessions.
- Work closely with recruitment, training, and career services teams to align employer hiring needs with the skills and competencies of programme participants.
- Track employer hiring demand, workforce requirements, and placement opportunities to facilitate timely candidate matching and successful employment outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employer partners by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring high levels of employer satisfaction.
- Represent the programme at stakeholder meetings, industry forums, conferences, employer engagement sessions, and networking events to strengthen partnerships and promote programme visibility.
- Prepare partnership reports, employer engagement updates, placement reports, and performance dashboards for programme management and donor reporting.
- Monitor employer engagement performance, partnership outcomes, and placement targets, recommending improvements to strengthen programme impact and employer participation.
- Ensure all employer engagement activities comply with donor requirements, programme guidelines, safeguarding standards, and organisational policies.
- Perform any other duties assigned to support the successful implementation of the iDICE BPO South-West Programme.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in employer engagement, business development, partnership management, B2B relationship management, workforce development, or a related role.
- Experience working on donor-funded programmes, employment initiatives, workforce development projects, or within the BPO sector is an added advantage.
