Job Summary
The Electrical Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales growth of outdoor electrical products through lead generation, customer relationship management, and after-sales support. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, preparing quotations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Success will be measured by sales performance, customer retention, and contribution to the company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships.
Respond to customer inquiries, prepare technical and commercial quotations, and follow up on proposals.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate sales projects and maintain accurate client contact data.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and competitors.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and service delivery.
Prepare periodic reports for the branch manager and track sales performance metrics.
Adhere to company policies, health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Established network with contractors, consultants, and developers is an advantage.
Working Conditions
Office-based with frequent travel for client visits and fieldwork.
