Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Education Volunteer based in Lagos. As an Education Volunteer, you will develop and deliver engaging training sessions, create educational material, and support learning programs for community members. You will assist in organizing workshops, facilitate group discussions, and provide one-on-one guidance to individuals. Additionally, you will collaborate with the community to identify learning gaps and tailor education initiatives that meet their needs.
Qualifications

• Strong background in Education, Teaching, and Training to support effective learning sessions.
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to engage participants and address their needs effectively.
• Ability to handle facilitation, mentorship, and collaborative learning environments.
• Experience working with diverse communities or grassroots initiatives is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Passion for social impact and a commitment to fostering meaningful growth within communities.
