Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for all children.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
- Support children’s physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development.
- Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and document the child.
Requirements:
- Recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education (Montessori Diploma, EYTS, ECE Diploma, or equivalent).
- Proven experience working with children from 5 months to 5 years.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate practices.
- Ability to plan and implement differentiated learning experiences.
- Excellent communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing disposition.
- Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
