Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, energetic Early Years Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Ogudu, Ojota. The successful candidate will plan and deliver a nurturing, play‑based curriculum for children aged 2‑5, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver a play‑based curriculum aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Create a safe, stimulating environment that encourages exploration and curiosity.
Monitor and assess each child’s progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to support holistic development.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Requirements:

NCE or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years proven experience teaching Nursery/Preschool.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to foster a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Basic proficiency with IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, educational apps).
